Inspired by the underwater world, this work explores the constant movement of energy through nature. Deep blues create a sense of depth and calm, while the gold forms flow across the surface like currents, pathways and living connections.
The contrasting areas of stillness and movement reflect the balance found in nature — where many different forms can exist together, each contributing to a larger living system.
For me, Connected Currents is a reminder that we are not separate from the world around us. Like currents beneath the surface, our actions, relationships and connections continue to influence one another, even when those connections cannot always be seen.
